The only way I collect data from and about you is through direct interactions. You may give me your name and contact details by filling in my online form when you request further information about my services. Through the website I collect, use, store and transfer Identity Data (name) and contact data (email address and phone number).
If you then go on to build a relationship with MindChoice and use my services I also keep more detailed contact details and notes that arise from the relationship.
Digital data is retained in email and cloud storage and is password protected and only accessible by me.
I keep the information you give me for seven years after your treatment, which is the length of time suggested by my professional body.
